Loehmann’s, Inc. trades as Loehmann’s at 70 locations nationwide. The stores, offering designer ready-to-wear clothing at discounted prices, occupy spaces of 20,000 sq.ft. to 60,000 sq.ft. in downtown/urban areas and lifestyle and strip centers. Plans call for eight to nine openings throughout the existing market during the coming 18 months.
