Pizza Properties, Inc. trades as Peter Piper Pizza at 40 locations throughout NM and TX.  The pizzerias and family entertainment centers occupy spaces of 10,000 sq.ft. to 12,000 sq.ft. in freestanding locations and power centers.  Plans call for two openings throughout TX during the coming 18 months.
