Christy Sports, LLC trades as Christy Sports at 40 locations throughout CO and UT.  The sporting goods stores, offering ski equipment, snowboards and patio furniture, occupy space of 4,500 sq.ft. to 10,000 sq.ft. in strip centers and resort areas.  Growth opportunities are sought throughout the existing markets during the coming 18 months.  Typical leases run five years with a five-year option.  A vanilla shell is required.
