Carlyle & Co. Jewlers trades as Carlyle & Co. Jewelers, J.E. Caldwell & Co. Jewelers and Park Promenade Jewelers at 32 locations throughout FL, GA, NC, PA, SC, TN, VA and WV. The stores, selling fine jewelry, occupy spaces of 2,500 sq.ft. to 3,000 sq.ft. in lifestyle centers. Plans call for eight openings throughout the existing market, exclusive of NC and WV, during the coming 18 months. Typical leases run 10 years. Preferred cotenants include Ann Taylor, Barnes & Noble, Chico’s, Coldwater Creek, Talbot’s and Victoria Secret. Competitors include Jared-The Galleria of Jewelry and other jewelry stores.
